The short minimum rental period and fixed rent make living at W|27 easy and flexible.
Students from all educational institutions can choose from the 212 fully furnished apartments of various sizes. The fixed rent covers all auxiliary costs as well as WiFi, creating a plannable and secure study environment. the dormitory has a communal kitchen, fitness room and large bicycle room. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available from service provider WeWash, and there is also the option to rent a car parking space.

Community kitchen
The kitchen has multiple hobs for residents to show off their cooking skills. This room is available for all tenants to use. There is also a small fridge and a dishwasher.

Bikesharing
There is a campus bike rental station right at W|27. Students at the Bildungscampus have the option of using a bike for 2 hours free of charge or renting it for a longer period at a low cost.
