Notes on application
Very easy to rent
- Choose an apartment and register online.
- Upload an identification document and your proof of enrollment, then initiate your application.
- We will review your application and provide the lease agreement for download.
- Sign your lease agreement and upload it. Send the original to us by mail.
- Handle your deposit. You can choose between paying a cash deposit or obtaining a deposit insurance.
Which documents are required?
Proof of Enrollment
Are you already enrolled at a university?
Send us your current proof of enrollment.
Your studies haven't started yet, and you can't upload a proof of enrollment?
No problem. Upload your admission certificate or your study contract (DHBW). The proof of enrollment must be submitted by the start of the lease at the latest.
Identification Document
Please upload a valid ID/passport.
Non-EU citizens must also upload a residence permit/visa. Please ensure that the validity of the residence permit corresponds to the desired rental period. If your residence permit expires before the end of the lease, we will adjust the rental duration accordingly in your application.
Do you want to rent a partner apartment?
We need the following information (please enter in the comment field or upload as a document):
- Partner's ID document
- if available: Campus card ID
- Email address of the partner
Do you want to rent an accessible apartment?
Please provide us with appropriate documentation.
Upon request, we will arrange a viewing appointment with you to assess whether our apartment meets your special requirements.
